Camps
Information about participating in events (more can be found on MyClub):
The federation’s event calendar provides up-to-date information on upcoming camps and competitions, and these are also updated in the club’s MyClub. If you wish to register for an event, please do so through MyClub. Please note that the participation fee must be paid to the club’s account no later than the event’s registration deadline, according to the payment details provided by the treasurer.
Check the cancellation policy for each event. Generally, you can cancel your registration before the final registration date. In some cases, a refund is only possible if someone else takes your place.

Head teacher’s camp days:
The head teacher leads intensive training days, and possibly belt exams, approximately once a month. Detailed information and dates will be shared with members closer to the events. These camp days are included in the club’s seasonal training fee, but entry requires your own Alfa bracelet. Practitioners from other clubs are also welcome to join our camp days!
Events
Belt exams
Turun ITF Taekwon-Do organises belt exams for beginners and coloured belts (10-2 gup) approximately twice a year. They are usually held at the end of the autumn and spring periods. Our grading examiner is our head teacher Janne Vuononvirta V Dan. Participating in belt exams is rewarding, as you get to progress in your Taekwon-Do journey and will be able to learn new techniques.
If you wish to take part in a belt exam:
- Discuss the idea in good time with your regular instructors (white belt-upper blue belt) or with the main instructor (red belts and black belts).
- Once you have permission from the appropriate instructor, pay the belt exam fee (25 €) to FI46 1743 3000 0279 40 (Turun ITF Taekwon-Do ry) before the belt exam. Use the reference number 1012.
- Arrive to the exam in good time before it begins. Take your training passport or stamp card and proof of payment with you.
After the test you can ask the instructors about getting a new belt. A new belt is not included in the price of the belt exam unless otherwise stated.
